Responsibilities

• Recruitment - Identifies, recruits, and contributes to increasing the population of admitted and enrolled high-achieving students in designated regions.
• Builds partnerships with students, families, counselors, and community stakeholders to support recruitment and enrollment.
• Mentors and trains team members and leads key recruitment programs and initiatives.
