Qualifications

• Knowledge of NACADA’s Core Values, advising models, and ethical guidelines.
• Ability to multi task and work cooperatively with others.
• Experience coordinating student success events and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on educational goals, course selection, and degree requirements, aligning options with goals.
• Explain and guide through registration processes, policy changes, and degree milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify needs, and refer students to resources as appropriate.
• Lead department advising events and academic campaigns to enhance retention and success.
