Job summary

PRO EM is seeking a National Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute temporary tent structures, scaffolding systems, and related event infrastructure across multiple sites. The role drives projects from initial planning through installation, operations, dismantling, and post-project review, with travel required to local, in-state, and out-of-state sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale temporary tent structures.
• Experience with scaffolding installation or project coordination.
• Construction or event-production background.
• Familiarity with safety standards and site plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage tent structure, scaffolding, and temporary infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Review project requirements, site plans, drawings, layouts, specifications, and installation schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Clients, vendors, engineers, and field crews to establish project scope.
• Conduct site assessments to identify access limitations, ground conditions, and installation challenges.
• Develop project timelines, installation and dismantling plans, and crew requirements.
• Coordinate delivery, staging, installation, inspection, and dismantling of temporary structures.
• Monitor project progress and adjust labor, equipment, and logistics as required.
• Ensure work complies with safety requirements and manufacturer specifications.
