• 1+ year of successful full cycle recruiting experience
• Elite work ethic, in-office role

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill roles
• Generate high candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process from sourcing to offer
• Document conversations and progress in Avature ATS
• Process onboarding paperwork with accuracy
