Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a National Sales Director to lead the U.S. commercial launch of sonelokimab for hidradenitis suppurativa. You will build and execute the field sales organization, set national strategy, and drive performance.

In collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs, you will align on launch tactics, patient access, and rapid strategy adaptation. Hybrid work arrangement with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience incl. specialty leadership.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Dermatology/immunology/biologics or complex specialty markets.
• Direct HS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead national sales strategy for the U.S. launch.
• Establish standards for account planning and customer engagement.
• Recruit and develop 60–90 field specialists.
• Foster a patient-centered, high-accountability culture.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other functions to optimize launch execution.
