Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline required.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership, field sales management, sales training/enablement, or talent development in healthcare.
• Experience in medical devices, biotechnology, or tissue biologics preferred.
• Experience with skin substitutes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the Sales Associate hiring profile and participate in candidate selection.
• Standardize onboarding nationally and certify foundational readiness before associates begin field activity.
• Own associate field assignments, coaching cadence, and competency rubrics.
• Allocate associates across regions using a weighted scoring framework and resolve competing requests.
• Own quarterly milestone scoring for the associate incentive plan and participate in payout recommendations.
• Maintain regular calibration with RSDs and EAMs to ensure clear reporting lines.
• Maintain a visible talent slate and inform promotion timing and deployment decisions.
• Report on productivity, readiness progression, retention, and 90-day performance trends.
