Job summary

Heraeus, through Engineered Tissue Solutions, seeks a Sales Leadership/Talent Development professional to build the Sales Associate hiring profile, coordinate national onboarding, and drive coaching cadence. You will allocate resources across regions, set goals, and oversee performance management.

You will work with RSDs and EAMs to ensure clear reporting lines and prepare a visible talent slate for promotions and deployments. The role emphasizes healthcare and tissue biologics sectors.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline required or preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in medical devices, biotechnology, and tissue biologics within healthcare.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, field sales management, sales training/enablement, or talent development, ideally in healthcare or medical devices.
• Experience with skin substitutes preferred.
• Startup and medium-sized company experience preferred, not required.
• Experience in OR, Value Analysis, wound care, and startup environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the Sales Associate hiring profile and participate in candidate selection.
• Standardize onboarding nationally and certify foundational readiness before associates begin field activity.
• Own associate field assignments, coaching cadence, competency rubrics, and development plans.
• Allocate associates across regions using a weighted scoring framework and resolve competing regional requests.
• Set goals, coach performance, document issues, and participate in formal performance management processes.
• Maintain quarterly milestone scoring for the associate incentive plan and advise payout through compensation processes.
• Coordinate with RSDs and EAMs to ensure clear reporting lines and effective field support.
• Maintain a visible talent slate and track future openings to inform promotions and deployment.
