Job summary

Sika is seeking a National Account Manager for the Boston, MA area to grow strategic accounts and government relations within the Roofing business. The role requires managing large owner accounts, coordinating with Sika Sarnafil Regions, and collaborating with other Sika units.

The ideal candidate has extensive roofing program experience, strong travel readiness, and a proven ability to drive sales budgets while developing annual plans and participating in industry events.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing corporate roofing programs.
• Significant Travel (50%+).
• Familiarity with Concur; SalesForce and SAP.
• Ability to multi task.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to travel on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales budget.
• Manage sales budget, pricing and customized programs for customers.
• Develop Annual Business plan.
• Interface on a regular basis with Sika Sarnafil Regions to coordinate corporate efforts.
• Manage potential cross selling with other Sika Business units where appropriate.
• Trade shows: coordinate and participate in trade shows targeting owners.
• Involvement in trade organizations (IFMA, PRSM, CRCA, MRCA, etc.).
