Singleton Construction in Lancaster, OH is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Multi-Site Programs to lead and develop teams across nationwide rollout projects. You will own client programs from estimating through closeout, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and internal resources while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, multi-site/rollout experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Multi-site, rollout, specialty retail, refresh, remodel, or national account construction experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects and locations.
• Commercial estimating and pre-construction experience; ability to read drawings, specifications, and scopes; bid/takeoff experience.
• Strong leadership, delegation, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client programs from estimating through final closeout and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.
• Lead internal teams across locations; set priorities, responsibilities, expectations, and deadlines.
• Estimate work, review drawings and specifications, and develop detailed estimates by trade/division.
• Solicit and review subcontractor/vendor pricing; manage RFIs, change orders, procurement, and closeout.
• Build long-term client relationships and serve as the primary client contact; monitor budgets and schedules.
