Singleton Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager – Multi-Site Programs to lead national and regional rollout projects with a focus on specialty construction and repeatable processes. You will manage teams of APMs, coordinators, and superintendents, set priorities, and ensure program performance across locations.
You will partner with clients, develop detailed estimates, and drive profitability through disciplined cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
Lead Programs. Lead Teams. Build Relationships. Deliver Consistently.
At Singleton Construction, our Multi-Site division is different from traditional commercial construction. We specialize in national and regional rollouts, specialty construction, remodels, refreshes, and repeatable scopes across multiple locations for some of America’s most recognized brands.
With dozens—or hundreds—of locations moving through a program and multiple projects active at once, success requires more than managing one project from start to finish. It requires seeing the entire program, leading and developing a team, building repeatable processes, managing field teams, anticipating problems, and delivering consistent quality at every location.
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – Multi-Site Programs who thrives in a fast-moving environment and understands rollout and specialty construction. This leadership role is responsible for program performance and the team assigned to it, which may include Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Superintendents, and field resources.
If you enjoy managing multiple projects, developing people, building client relationships, estimating work, solving problems quickly, and creating processes that drive consistent execution, we’d like to meet you.
Singleton Construction delivers nationwide retail and commercial programs for recognized brands. Our clients trust us with ongoing programs because Multi-Site success means consistent quality, communication, schedule, safety, and execution across every location.
We trust our people to make decisions, collaborate, and lead. Project Managers have the autonomy to run their programs and teams with support from an experienced leadership group.
Success is measured by the entire program and the team you lead—from estimating and pre-construction through execution and closeout. Projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and to client quality standards. Your team understands its responsibilities and has the leadership and support to make decisions, solve problems, and succeed.
Profitable projects start with complete, accurate estimates. You’ll use field experience, subcontractor relationships, historical costs, and lessons learned to continually improve pricing and execution. Most importantly, clients can expect the same execution and partnership whether Singleton is completing location #1 or #100.
We prefer candidates near our Lancaster, Ohio office, but are open to hybrid or out-of-state candidates willing and able to travel to Lancaster regularly (one week per month for employees living one hour or more outside Central Ohio).
If you’re a Project Manager who enjoys leading people, thrives on managing multiple locations, understands estimating, and knows consistency turns a successful project into a successful program, we’d like to talk with you.
