Tech21 is seeking a results-driven National Retail Sales Director to lead and grow our national retail business in the United States. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage key retail relationships, and drive revenue across major channels including Walmart, Best Buy, Target, and Costco.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of expanding brands through national accounts, optimizing assortment, and delivering profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in consumer electronics or related industries.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through national retail accounts.
• Experience managing major retailers such as Walmart, Best Buy, Target, or similar national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Own and grow relationships with key national retail accounts.
• Lead product line reviews, new product introductions, and seasonal programs.
• Develop compelling customer presentations and business proposals based on retailer needs and trends.
• Analyze POS, inventory, sell-through, forecasts, and other data to identify opportunities and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute programs.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, terms, and assortment while protecting profitability.
• Travel to meetings, trade shows, and line reviews as required.
