About the Position

We're looking for a dynamic and hyper organized National Retail Account Manager to drive growth in new & existing national off premise chain accounts. In this key role, you will collaborate with national and regional distribution partners to ensure effective sales execution, product placement, and brand visibility. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the brand's retail expansion in the US.

About You

  1. Experience: 7-10 years of sales experience in a premium non alcoholic or spirits industry, with required knowledge and proven success with chain retail sales.
  2. Startup Mindset: A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to take immediate action in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to strategically grow key off-premise chain accounts while planning sales tactics to win shelf space and drive volume.
  4. Communication: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with distributors, retail partners, and other key stakeholders.
  5. Passion for the Industry: A deep interest in the spirits and cocktail categories, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
  6. Travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Win New Retail Business in National Retail: Pitch, grow and manage off-premise chain accounts, including regional chains and distributors, to drive sales performance.
  2. Distributor Partnership: Work closely with distributor partners to ensure smooth distribution and alignment on promotional activities and product placements.
  3. Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with chain accounts, retailers, and key partners to position the brand for success on-shelf and through promotions.
  4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, manage forecasts, and provide timely updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  5. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the brand’s presence in the US, adjusting strategies as needed based on market feedback.
  6. Manage retail new item schedules and resets on a consistent basis.
  7. Set up price/promo package and plan marketing programming calendar with each retailer to drive visibility and velocity in each retailer and manage with marketing to execute.

Salary range: $130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
