Job summary
IMETTLE seeks a business-focused lender with 0–2 years in Business Purpose Lending or investment property lending to join our team in Tampa. Candidates should demonstrate a transferable book of business and a talent for building relationships with real estate investors and broker partners.

- Partner with our elite operations team to move loans seamlessly through underwriting and closing
- Capitalize on full access to company-supplied leads in addition to your own book—maximizing deal flow and earning potential

Job description
Business Purpose Lending experience is required
Strong, demonstrated DSCR lending experience
Existing book of business and established investor relationships
Demonstrated production and closing history
Deep understanding of real estate investors and investment-property financing
Fix & Flip, Bridge and Ground-Up Construction experience is highly valued
Relationship-driven professionals who know how to develop, convert and retain business.
