Job summary

The Fay Group seeks a proactive Originations professional to drive business-purpose lending, including DSCR Rental Loans and Bridge/Flip financing, in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with borrowers, explain loan structures, and ensure compliance while building a strong referral-based pipeline.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license preferred.
• 2+ years of business purpose mortgage lending experience with proven ability to generate business and manage a sales pipeline.
• 1+ years of call center experience.
• Experience with DSCR, Bridge, Fix & Flip and Private Lending products.
• Established relationships with real estate investors, Realtors, wholesalers, builders, mortgage brokers, or other referral partners are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively originate new Business Purpose Loans (BPL) and oversee investor-focused loan opportunities.
• Engage with potential borrowers in a fast-paced call center environment to educate them on mortgage solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business-purpose lending opportunities.
• Explain loan product structures to borrowers while maintaining compliance with all policies.
• Collaborate with leads provided by partners and referrals to grow production.
