Planet Pharma is seeking a National Recruiter to source and market positions for ongoing professional and leadership candidates nationwide. The role uses best-in-class techniques including cold calling, data mining, and networking to build a proactive talent pipeline.

The recruiter will coordinate full cycle recruitment with guidance from senior staff, drive partnerships with business leaders, and manage candidate evaluations and CRM tracking to support hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in proactive candidate sourcing for clinical or leadership roles.
• Ability to leverage multiple channels (cold calling, data mining, networking) to build talent pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and evaluate new candidate sourcing channels and methods.
• Attend discovery sessions with recruiters and sales/account management.
