You will conduct national and regional candidate sourcing using targeted methods, maintain CRM activity, and coordinate proactive pipelining toward full-cycle recruitment under guidance from senior staff.

Qualifications

• Sourcing channels and CRM tracking experience.
• Ability to conduct preliminary phone screens.
• Knowledge of candidate generation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and evaluate new candidate sourcing channels.
• Attend discovery sessions with recruiters and sales/account management.
• Source clinical candidates nationally or regionally using various methods.
• Participate in sourcing strategy across requisition life-cycle.
• Drive partnerships with business leaders and recruiters.
• Apply defined sourcing process to drive results.
• Screen candidates via preliminary phone assessments.
• Understand motivators and articulate value proposition to candidates.
• Track sourcing activities and results in the CRM.
• Support evaluation of source channel effectiveness with leadership.
