You will source candidates across the nation, conduct initial screens, coordinate with recruiters and sales teams, and manage recruitment activity in the CRM to support full-cycle hiring.

Qualifications

• Sourcing and marketing of positions for professional and leadership candidates.
• Experience with candidate generation techniques including cold calling, data mining and social networking.
• Coordinate proactive talent pipelining and full-cycle recruitment with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for ongoing cultivation and evaluation of new candidate sourcing channels and methods.
• Attend discovery sessions with recruiters and sales/account management.
• Conduct the sourcing of clinical candidates on a national or regional level using multiple channels.
• Participate in sourcing strategy throughout the requisition life-cycle.
• Drive effective partnerships with business leaders and recruiters.
• Apply defined sourcing process to maximize ROI and drive results.
• Evaluate candidate profiles via preliminary phone screens.
• Assess hot-button motivators and articulate value propositions to candidates.
• Track sourcing activities and results in the CRM.
• Support evaluation of source channel effectiveness with the Director of Recruiting.
