The National Records Manager is responsible for establishing and implementing Records Management policies, procedures, and strategies across Segal offices. The role involves providing expert guidance on records and information policies, ensuring compliance with company standards, legal, and regulatory requirements, and supporting the digitization of physical records.
This is a hybrid position based in New York, reporting to the Senior Director of National Facilities.
Segal is a leading North American consulting firm with over 80 years of experience in employee benefits, HR, and investment management. The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000, plus a discretionary bonus.
