Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the country, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and partner with store leaders to keep projects on track. Expect frequent travel across the US, with home-store base and overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in those areas.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, including remodels, new stores, and special projects.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel frequently across the US to support projects and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
