Job summary

Walmart US is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will own delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and high-quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Frequent travel across the US is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or 3 years of project-management-related experience.
• Experience in construction remodels, store design, or space management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise hourly team members and resolve escalations with store leadership.
• Travel to project sites across the US as required.
