Job summary
Ace Hardware Corporation, based in Oak Brook, IL, seeks a National Real Estate Development Manager to lead real estate strategy and development with cross-functional partners across New Business, Market Development, and retailer networks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
- Minimum seven years of commercial retail real estate experience with site selection, leasing, landlord negotiations, development, and market analysis.
- Experience with market analysis, lease negotiation, deal structuring, occupancy-cost analysis, ROI assessment, and pipeline reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own national strategy and execution for sourcing real estate opportunities to increase site quantity, quality, and speed for new store development.
- Lead site selection and market analysis using data to evaluate urban, suburban, rural, infill, redevelopment, and new construction opportunities.
- Build and manage a national network of local tenant representation brokers and maintain pipeline visibility across markets.
