Job summary

Mariner is seeking a Manager, Real Estate & Facilities to oversee day-to-day operations at the headquarters and to design, launch a scalable national facilities program for more than 100 field offices nationwide, including the Kansas City HQ. This role serves as the primary remote facilities support contact with a centralized, call-center style model, delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably multi-site/national operations.
• Experience in remote facilities management or call center support environments.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and service providers at scale.
• Exceptional customer service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the headquarters facility (KC area), including maintenance, repairs, janitorial, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, furniture, and space management.
• Maintain standards for breakrooms, conference rooms, storage areas, and common spaces.
• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Ensure a clean, safe, well-maintained, and professional work environment.
• Provide support for internal meetings, events, and executive needs.
• Manage facilities-related budgets, invoices, and service contracts.
• Design and implement a centralized facilities management program for 100+ field offices nationwide.
• Serve as the main remote facilities support contact ("call center" model) for all office locations.
• Establish and oversee standardized service delivery processes, preventative maintenance, response times, service level expectations, and vendor standards and scopes of work.
• Administer the facilities ticketing/work order system to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitate coordination with landlords, property managers, and national service providers.
• Centralize facilities support to reduce operational burden on local office staff.
