Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Managing Director, Public Sector Fiscal Resiliency to lead and scale the firm's national practice. You will develop strategic offerings, nurture executive relationships, and drive revenue growth across city, county, and state clients.

Collaborating with national leaders, you will shape service delivery, recruit and mentor talent, and build partnerships to sustain fiscal resilience and long-range financial planning for public sector clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in public administration, finance, accounting, economics, business administration, public policy, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience serving public sector clients through consulting, advisory services, public finance, municipal advisory, or government leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build and scale a consulting practice, generate revenue growth, and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Baker Tilly's Public Sector Fiscal Resiliency practice nationwide.
• Develop innovative fiscal resiliency service offerings and strategic partnerships.
• Manage complex advisory engagements and originate new business with executive-level clients.
• Mentor and develop talent within the practice and maintain strong client relationships.
