Job summary

Cook Medical LLC is seeking a National Sales Manager for Prostate Health based in Bloomington, IN. You will lead the US field Sales staff, develop strategic business plans, and provide clinical and product support across the United States, including Indianapolis.

Significant travel is required (50-75%). The role requires a Bachelor's degree with extensive medical device sales/management experience, preferably in Urology or BPH, and a proven leadership track record to drive growth and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Extensive experience in sales, marketing, or business management within medical devices.
• Previous people management experience required; sales management preferred.
• Experience with Urology or BPH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of US field Sales staff.
• Develop and implement a business plan for Prostate Health in consultation with the Prostate Health leader.
• Provide clinical, sales, technical product, and business support to customers and staff.
• Monitor metrics, gather feedback, and adjust strategy to close gaps compliantly.
• Build relationships with physicians and medical bodies; engage subject matter experts.
