Job summary

Rose Valley Management in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Vice President to lead day‑to‑day operations of our national multifamily portfolio. The role partners with the President, drives financial performance, operating discipline, and scalable processes across ~13,000 units in 12 states with approximately 50% travel.

Responsibilities include budgeting, NOI management, leasing oversight, talent development, and client relationships with third‑party owners, while maintaining strong compliance and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years in multifamily property management with regional leadership
• Experience managing geographically dispersed portfolios (5,000–10,000+ units preferred)
• Strong track record in NOI improvement, budgeting, and operational metrics
• Experience with third‑party owner relationships and executive presentations
• Ability to travel ~50% and manage senior teams across states

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day portfolio operations with defined decision‑making authority
• Translate corporate priorities into regional action plans and timelines
• Lead weekly operating reviews, monthly performance and quarterly improvement planning
• Own budgets and NOI objectives; analyze variances and implement corrective actions
• Drive occupancy, rents, leasing velocity, renewals, and collections; oversee staffing and HR partnerships
• Coordinate with Asset Management, Construction, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Legal
