Job summary

Rose Valley Capital, a national real estate investment and management platform, seeks a Vice President of Asset Management to lead the financial and strategic performance of its multifamily portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, you will set asset business plans, drive NOI, and liaise with ownership, capital markets, and lenders.

You will lead a two-person asset management team, shaping acquisitions, capital planning, and portfolio strategy while ensuring performance across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of real estate asset management experience, with at least 5 in a senior or supervisory role.
• Multifamily property sector experience required; commercial property experience preferred.
• Conventional multifamily experience across multiple U.S. markets strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
• Advanced financial modeling and underwriting skills (Excel/ARGUS); familiarity with Yardi or RealPage.
• Working knowledge of debt structures, loan covenants, and partnership/JV reporting.
• Ability to travel to properties nationwide approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset-level business plans and value-add strategies.
• Own budgets, forecasts, and long-range projections to drive NOI.
• Monitor KPIs across markets and address variances.
• Align leasing strategy with property management and operating teams.
• Oversee third-party vendors and service contracts.
• Underwrite capital projects and manage timelines/budgets.
• Coordinate with capital markets on refinancings and lender reporting.
• Support acquisitions and dispositions through due diligence.
• Prepare investor and lender reporting and ensure loan covenant compliance.
• Lead and develop a two-person Asset Management team.
