Richard Group is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations in Madison, WI. The role oversees daily construction activities, ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and coordinates with the project team across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate brings 10–20 years of general contracting experience, travel flexibility, and a track record on large projects including healthcare and federal work. Strong leadership and mentorship are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive field-level leadership on large-scale projects.
• Experience with federal, healthcare, and design-build projects.
• Proficient in RFIs, change orders, and schedules.
• Strong safety program implementation and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day field operations.
• Coordinate with project team to maintain schedule, safety, budget, and quality.
• Lead on-site meetings with subcontractors, owners, and trades.
• Schedule field productivity and monitor progress.
• Mentor and train project team and supervise startup/close-out.
• Maintain documentation: change orders, RFIs, submittals.
