Job summary

BBB National Programs is seeking a highly collaborative Business Development Program Analyst in McLean, VA. The role focuses on turning data into insights to drive National Partner growth, retention, and sponsorship strategies.

You will own CRM data integrity, build reports, and support outreach and outreach campaigns while collaborating with senior leadership. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems and building reports.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities and clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in the CRM.
• Build weekly and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Identify prospective National Partners and sponsorship opportunities.
• Track pipeline performance and analyze trends.
• Support onboarding and engagement for National Partners.
• Prepare leadership briefing materials and action items.
