Job summary

U.S. Bank in Tempe seeks a National Outreach Relationship Consultant to proactively engage existing and potential customers through phone, email, chat, or video, offering tailored banking guidance and solutions aligned with each client’s goals.

You will work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week, build trust through active listening, and educate clients on deposits and loans while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships by proactively calling existing and potential customers.
• Engage via phone, email, chat or video to provide counsel and solutions.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Assess and attend to customers' banking needs and goals.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and bank policies.
