The role requires NMLS registration and willingness to drive to a U.S. Bank location; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically five or more years in retail banking or related roles.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach.
• Identify client needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service tools.
• Open accounts and process service requests.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all interactions.
