eGourmet Solutions, Inc. is seeking a National Outbound Manager to oversee outbound shipping, transportation, and delivery operations across all locations. You will ensure perishables are shipped cost-effectively, on time, and in line with cold chain and quality standards.

The role requires strategic oversight, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with operations, QA, customer service, and finance to meet targets for cost, speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or outbound operations management.
• Experience managing high-volume shipping across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute national outbound strategy balancing service, cost, and perishability risk.
• Forecast volume, capacity, and seasonality; align resources accordingly.
• Set KPIs and SLAs for outbound operations (on-time delivery, freight cost, trailer utilization).
• Negotiate and manage carrier relationships; optimize routing and backhaul strategies.
• Standardize best practices across sites and drive continuous improvement via data analytics.
