Job summary

eGourmet Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize all fulfillment center operations across multiple warehouse locations in the United States.

You will oversee warehouse operations, inventory, shipping/receiving, staffing, safety, productivity, quality, and customer fulfillment to ensure profitability and scalable growth. This hands-on leadership role requires on-the-floor presence with the executive team, driving strategic initiatives, safety, and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in operations or related field.
• 7+ years of leadership in warehouse, fulfillment, or supply chain.
• Multi-site management experience preferred.
• Experience in food distribution, cold storage, or e-commerce fulfillment strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, food safety, GMP, and warehouse compliance.
• Experience managing KPIs, labor planning, and process improvements.
• Proficiency with WMS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment ops across multiple facilities.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflow, labor utilization, staffing levels, and capacity planning.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements.
• Partner with HR, safety, inventory, transportation, and senior leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse managers and staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Maintain OSHA and food-safety compliance; promote a safe culture.
