Jobot in Oakland Park, FL is seeking an Operations Manager (Professional Training) to lead multi-department operations and drive growth. You will partner with executive leadership to deliver nationwide medical training events, optimize KPIs, and manage vendor relationships.

Competenze

• 5+ years of meaningful operations and management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple departments.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with KPI dashboards, reporting, and CRM systems.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and partners.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience, especially medical aesthetics, is a plus.

• Oversee daily operations across Sales, Marketing, Events, Customer Service, and Administration.
• Lead department managers and cross-functional project coordination.
• Oversee logistics and execution of nationwide medical training events.
• Coordinate with physician faculty, vendors, venues, and strategic partners.
• Develop and improve operational systems, KPIs, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Assist executive leadership with new initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
