Competenze

• 5+ years of meaningful operations and management experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple departments within an organization.
• Strong leadership, accountability, problem-solving, and driving projects to completion.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of KPIs, operational reporting, and project-management tools.
• Healthcare industry experience, especially medical aesthetics, is highly preferred.

• Oversee daily operations across departments including Sales, Marketing, Events, Customer Service, and Administration
• Lead department managers and teams while coordinating cross-functional projects and priorities
• Oversee logistics and execution of nationwide medical training events and seminars
• Coordinate with physician faculty, vendors, venues, and strategic partners
• Develop and improve operational systems, processes, KPIs, and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen company performance
• Assist executive leadership with new initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities
• Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
