Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field effectiveness experience preferred.
• Clinical & Industry Expertise: Strong clinical patient management experience and oncology knowledge.
• Strategic & Business Acumen: Translate strategy into focused field execution and resource prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Drive Portfolio Education Strategy & Execution across three franchises.
• Support portfolio nurse education strategy to inform disease and therapy management.
• Lead through influence across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Optimize Field Operations: ensure tools, processes, systems, reporting, training, and infrastructure are in place.
• Advocate for ONE: secure resources and cross-functional support.
• Enable Field Performance: identify field needs and mobilize resources.
• Leverage Insights & Analytics: translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead Strategic Initiatives: manage complex projects from strategy to implementation.
• Strengthen Communication & Engagement: keep in-field partners informed and aligned.
• Advance Innovation & Technology: leverage AI to improve effectiveness.
