Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or Communications preferred
• 1–2 years of related media experience in national/local campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Media Manager in development, implementation, execution, and optimization of national media campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align paid media with marketing goals
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and lead A/B testing opportunities
• Assist with vendor and partner relationship management and coordination
• Lead onboarding and activation of enhanced data capabilities and budget tracking
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices
