Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, process management, project delivery, or a combination.
• 1+ year of experience managing products or programs within community impact, public affairs, external engagement, or social impact.
• 1+ year of experience leveraging data and metrics to identify problems and assess program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Gather market intelligence by researching and vetting partners and nonprofits.
• Transform insights into actionable content for proposals and strategy discussions.
• Manage relationships with Delaware region community partners and monitor grant activities.
• Drive reporting on the Delaware region’s community presence and mobilization of resources.
• Use data to understand challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
• Tell the strategy story to diverse audiences and support strategic initiatives.
