Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers, LLC in the United States seeks a Market Development Manager to identify, pursue, and close national and multi-site customer relationships. You will sell our full suite of cooling tower services, with emphasis on cleaning, disinfection, and preventative maintenance programs.

The role is hunter-focused, requiring aggressive prospecting, engaging senior decision makers, and closing complex, multi-location service agreements while coordinating with operations and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field with a minimum of three (3) years of professional B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in hunter-focused B2B sales, preferably in services or industrial environments.
• Experience selling facility services, preventative maintenance, or similar recurring service offerings.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new national and multi-site accounts across industries.
• Prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on long-term service revenue.
• Develop customized service solutions including repair/rebuild, inspections, maintenance, cleaning and disinfection services.
• Sell multi-year and multi-site service agreements.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to align scope, pricing and execution.
