Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. in Stroudsburg, PA seeks a Multi-Site Logistics Manager to design and lead the national logistics strategy across all manufacturing locations.

You will drive transportation, warehousing, inventory movements, and SAP logistics processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve service, cost, and efficiency. This leadership role requires strong experience in multi-site logistics, SAP systems, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver continuous improvements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive logistics, transportation, or supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing transportation networks, warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution.
• Advanced SAP logistics experience required.
• Experience leading enterprise systems implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated success improving logistics KPIs and reducing transportation costs.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s national logistics strategy supporting growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Plant Logistics Managers across multiple facilities.
• Establish standardized logistics processes, operating procedures, and performance expectations.
• Promote collaboration and best-practice sharing between plants.
• Lead initiatives fostering accountability and continuous improvement in logistics.
