Job summary

Judge Direct Placement seeks an Inventory Controller in Stroudsburg, PA to maintain accurate, facility-wide inventory. You will implement cycle counts, reconcile stock, and lead improvements with Operations and Finance.

Qualifications include 3+ years in inventory management in manufacturing or distribution, strong Excel and SAP experience, and a Lean focus. You will generate reports for senior management and drive cost reductions through improved accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of inventory-management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Continuous-improvement experience with a Lean Manufacturing focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility-wide inventory-control procedures including cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate monthly on-site and biannual off-site inventory counts.
• Conduct audits to validate count integrity and lead corrective actions.
• Generate inventory reports and present recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality to ensure accurate records and compliance.
