Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Multi-Site Logistics Manager to lead and optimize national logistics across manufacturing locations.

You will drive inbound and outbound transportation, warehouse operations, and SAP logistics processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve costs and service levels. You will mentor Plant Logistics Managers, standardize procedures, and implement improvements that enhance delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive logistics, transportation, or supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing transportation networks, warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution.
• Advanced SAP logistics experience required.
• Experience leading enterprise systems implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated success improving logistics KPIs and reducing transportation costs.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s national logistics strategy across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Plant Logistics Managers and staff.
• Establish standardized logistics processes and performance expectations across all locations.
• Oversee transportation management and negotiate carrier solutions to balance cost and service.
• Standardize warehouse operations and improve inventory flow across sites.
