Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an Inventory Controller in East Stroudsburg, PA to maintain accurate inventory and control across the facility. You will implement cycle counting, stock reconciliations, and audits, while partnering with Finance and Operations to optimize processes.

Responsibilities include monthly on-site counts, off-site reconciliations, SAP transactions, and generating management reports with recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of inventory-management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment with responsibility for inventory control.
• Strong ERP experience; SAP is preferred.
• Lean manufacturing focus emphasized.
• Excellent organizational and accuracy-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and control across the facility.
• Implement and sustain facility-wide inventory-control procedures including cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate monthly on-site and biannual off-site inventory counts.
• Conduct inventory audits to validate count integrity and perform root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports for senior management and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Quality to maintain recorded data and improve processes.
