Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Logistics Manager to develop and lead the company’s national logistics strategy across multiple manufacturing sites in the Stroudsburg, PA area. This executive role drives transportation, warehousing, inventory movement, and SAP logistics processes to improve service, cost, and efficiency.

The leader will coach Plant Logistics Managers, standardize procedures, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to achieve revenue and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field.
• 7+ years of logistics or supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with transportation networks, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Advanced SAP logistics experience required.
• Experience leading enterprise systems implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Proven track record of reducing logistics costs and improving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s national logistics strategy across manufacturing locations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Plant Logistics Managers and staff.
• Establish standardized logistics processes, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Promote collaboration and best-practice sharing across plants.
• Lead transportation management to balance cost, service, and delivery performance.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory movement across facilities.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to optimize logistics systems.
