Job summary

All Weather Insulated Panels seeks a National Logistics Manager to design and lead the company’s nationwide logistics strategy across manufacturing sites. You will drive transportation, warehousing, inventory flow, and SAP logistics optimization while aligning with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations.

You will lead multi-site teams, develop standardized processes, and pursue continuous improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of progressive logistics, transportation, or supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing transportation networks, warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution.
• Advanced SAP logistics experience required.
• Experience leading enterprise systems implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated success improving logistics KPIs and reducing transportation costs.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s national logistics strategy across all locations.
• Provide leadership and development for Plant Logistics Managers across facilities.
• Standardize logistics processes and performance expectations across locations.
• Lead enterprise inbound/outbound transportation performance and freight strategies.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory integrity, and accessories fulfillment.
• Ensure SAP logistics processes are administered and enhanced.
• Collaborate with IT on systems projects involving logistics and reporting.
• Monitor shipment execution and support daily production and shipping activities.
