Job summary

All Weather Insulated Panels is seeking a National Logistics Manager to develop and lead the company’s end-to-end logistics strategy across manufacturing locations. You will oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory movement, and SAP logistics processes to deliver on time, at the lowest cost, and with high reliability.

You will supervise Plant Logistics Managers, standardize practices across sites, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams in Manufacturing, Supply Chain,

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive logistics leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading enterprise systems implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated success improving logistics KPIs and reducing transportation costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s national logistics strategy across manufacturing facilities.
• Provide leadership and development for Plant Logistics Managers and staff.
• Establish standardized logistics processes and performance expectations.
• Lead enterprise SAP logistics processes and enhancements.
• Partner with IT and Operations to enable integrated systems and reporting.
• Monitor and optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory performance.
