Marcus & Millichap is expanding its Leasing division nationwide and seeks an experienced recruiter to lead sourcing and pipeline development for top leasing talent. You will own day-to-day recruiting for Leasing, partner with the Senior Director on strategy, and manage screening, interviews, and offers.

This hands-on role requires a national CRE brokerage background, multi-channel outreach, strong relationships with passive candidates, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience at a national commercial real estate brokerage
• Ability to source and screen passive candidates via multiple channels
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

Responsabilités

• Build target lists and talent maps across US leasing markets
• Outreach to experienced leasing producers and teams to generate interest
• Drive multi-channel outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular communication with prospects
• Screen, interview, and coordinate offers in partnership with hiring managers
• Partner with managers to calibrate profiles and advance candidates
• Oversee recruiting operations, scheduling, and reporting via ATS/CRM
• Collaborate on strategy and market priorities with Senior Director
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions across CRE leasing
