Job summary

BrandView Inc., a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate investor/operator, is seeking a Junior Agent to act as the leasing engine at the top of the funnel. You will identify tenants, generate interest, and build a warm, qualified pipeline that accelerates space occupancy.

You'll work directly with the Director of Leasing on target profiles, sourcing strategy, and positioning while learning negotiations and deal-closing from the ground up. This role offers high upside through commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing tenants and building a leasing pipeline.
• Ability to conduct outreach and appointments with prospects.
• Hold a real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the LA retail market and micro-tenant mix.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for the right tenants by walking blocks, canvassing, and identifying appropriate brands.
• Canvassing neighborhoods on foot, tracking storefronts, meeting operators on their turf.
• Building outreach lists that convert and drive tours.
• Phone outreach: cold calls, warm calls, texts, and emails.
• Sending on-brand weekly email blasts and drip campaigns to engage prospects.
• Building leasing decks to help brands envision themselves in the space.
• Qualifying interest and handing off a ready-to-act pipeline to the team.
