Job summary

Infra Metals Co. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver practical training programs across the nationwide Carbon Structural Group network.

You will ensure consistency, applicability to day-to-day roles, and measurable learning outcomes. The role emphasizes content development, LMS management, program coordination, and collaboration with operations and sales to align workforce capabilities with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Learning & Development, Training, or related field
• Experience delivering training in multi-site or operational environments
• Strong facilitation skills with ability to deliver engaging sessions
• Program management of training schedules, logistics, and multiple programs
• Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, solutions-focused

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs aligned to business needs across the nationwide network
• Develop and maintain training content with SMEs, updating materials for current processes
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and rollout of new initiatives across branches
• Maintain LMS records and generate reports on participation and progress
• Monitor completion of required training and ensure compliance alignment
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales to support workforce training
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of delivery formats and tools
• Provide guidance to coordinators and facilitators to maintain consistency
