Job summary

RPG Corporate in Rock Hill, SC seeks a Manager of Labor Relations to lead the organization's labor strategy across a nationwide maintenance and construction business, specializing in mechanical and electrical solutions.

You will negotiate CBAs, interpret CBAs, advise leaders on labor issues, ensure compliance with NLRA and wage laws, and drive consistent labor practices to support safe, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of labor relations experience, ideally in construction or unionized trades.
• Experience negotiating and administering CBAs across multiple unions.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, wage-and-hour regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute labor relations strategy compliant with regulations.
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations with multiple unions across trades.
• Interpret, administer, and enforce CBAs across regions.
• Advise leaders on labor issues, staffing, and project labor agreements.
• Manage grievance/arbitration process and documentation.
• Build relationships with union leadership and workforce partners.
• Monitor trends and wage requirements to inform workforce planning.
• Guide deployment strategies to support schedules and margins.
• Ensure NLRA, Davis-Bacon Act, and state wage-law compliance.
