Job summary

Aya Healthcare is seeking a Recruiting Manager, IT & Non-Clinical, to provide strategic leadership for the national non-clinical staffing recruitment division with a primary focus on IT staffing.

You will lead and develop a team of recruiters, set KPIs and accountability standards, and partner with sales and account management to deliver qualified talent and improve fill rates across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of IT or technical staffing recruitment experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading IT staffing recruiters.
• Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct-hire IT roles.
• Experience managing recruiter performance and production metrics.
• Strong understanding of technical recruiting and the IT staffing market.
• Proven experience coaching, training, and developing recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the national non-clinical recruitment division with a focus on IT staffing.
• Lead and develop a team of nonclinical recruiters across multiple disciplines.
• Establish recruiting goals, KPIs, productivity standards, and performance expectations.
• Hold recruiters accountable for activity, submissions, interviews, offers, and starts.
• Train recruiters on sourcing, engagement, screening, and closing.
• Partner with sales and account management to understand client needs.
• Monitor pipelines and metrics to improve results and delivery.
• Support recruiters with difficult searches and negotiations.
• Build recruiting processes that improve speed, quality, fill rates, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular one-on-one and team development meetings.
